Bear One Another’s Burdens
“Brothers, if anyone is caught in any transgression, you who are spiritual should restore him in a spirit of gentleness. Keep watch on yourself, lest you too be tempted. Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.”
Staying in the fruit of the spirit with showing gentleness. It’s so easy to see someone struggling and just shrug it off thinking well at least it’s not me going through that. Whether it’s someone that’s close to us or not, it’s up to us to be a helping hand. As examples of Christ we should be brothers for each other and love one another Even if when thinking those transgressions are below us or something we don’t know how to deal with, by showing the spirit of gentleness meaning to show humbleness and servant leadership to others in need. In the process of displaying gentleness don’t let yourself be brought into the temptation of those transgressions. Being strong in faith and in spirit when being an example of iron sharpening iron, keeping each other accountable no matter how high or low the situation. Stand firm. Meet someone’s need as you walk step in step with the Spirit of God.
